The best part of live access for me personally was that it allowed us to use our own staff, which had been hired by another event production organisation but we were not able t afford their rates or services at this time (this has changed now). It also meant I could be in contact with my client all day long via email/phone calls etc rather than having them come into work every morning like they would have if i worked there as well!
