I like that it is easy to use with no learning curve at all! The customer service has been excellent as well. It's not perfect but they are always working towards making improvements. The most important feature for me is the integration with my practice management system (Dentrix) to allow scheduling of new patient appointments, as well as viewing past patient visits. They have also added features including electronic signature capabilities to help keep documentation organized. The best thing about live ddm is that it has all my records of patients in one place which makes patient care easier to manage with ease! I dislike sometimes when i have multiple tabs open at once but other than this its very easy to use!! if you are looking into an EMR system then definitely go ahead because there isn't anything bad or negative as far as we know so far.
