I like that it is easy to use with no learning curve at all! The customer service has been excellent as well.

It's not perfect but they are always working towards making improvements. We have had issues in the past where we couldnt login or access our account even though everything was set up correctly so be sure you're able to log into your admin area when using this product first before purchasing. Our practice uses DDMs system heavily which allows us to track patient information quickly without having to go through multiple different systems.
