The most important feature for me is the integration with my practice management system (Dentrix) to allow scheduling of new patient appointments, as well as viewing past patient visits. They have also added features including electronic signature capabilities to help keep documentation organized. I am able to view past patient visits in one place so that I can easily recall information about the visit. Also, this allows me to see if there are any issues or questions for the patient prior to their appointment date.
