CAUTION if parts are missing!

ATTENTION! I bought two sets and they both look a bit used, not just in an open box! One set did not include steering wheel caps or snap rings, making them useless unless you already have a pair. Rip off!

Excellent grip and bright color

Excellent grip and bright color. The man says they're just so grippy he's getting blisters on his hands again, so he needs new gloves that are a little thicker, but he doesn't mind. He loves them very much when mountain biking.

The salamander skin handles are slippery when wet

I wear fingerless gloves and was shocked at how slippery they got when my hand got sweaty. Keep my hands dry enough to use these grips. I wouldn't want to use them in the rain or on a trail with a lot of creek crossings.

FOR THE LOVE OF ALL SAINTS BUY THESE GRIPS ELSEWHERE

These grips would be great if they came with all the hardware. The handles came in an open box with no locks on the clips on the ends rendering the item unusable. I have a bike ride in a few days and chose Revain because they have the same price as the lizard skin site and I have prime so two days shipping to win. Boy was I wrong. The grips themselves are great and I fully endorse those signature grips. However, do not repeat my mistake. Just buy them elsewhere, folks, really.

Good for a few months.

I bought these pens in May, now it's November and they're falling apart. The handle is sticky and I snap my hands covered in small bits of the handle. I only drive about three miles a day, I don't use lotion or anything that would break it down, so that's no excuse. Actually I just went back to the product page to make sure I hadn't bought another set of pens made out of the same material and thought I'd write a review because I'm so disappointed. These grips also get a bit slippery in the…

Lizard Skins Peaty Lock-On Grips-Grey

Great item and very fast shipping from seller. The grips have everything you need to attach them to the handlebars. Took me less than 10 minutes to install and fix them. I tested them on our rocky/chunky/muddy New England terrain with no issues. They lock in firmly and inspire confidence when the handlebars get wet and you're cruising technical solo trails at speed. My gloves stuck like glue when wet. I would buy Lizard Skins Peaty again from this seller. Plus they look sexy on my Cannondale…

There is no better grip and they are easy to install.

I bought my Marin from the dealer in 2010 with the equipment pre-installed. I've been driving every day for two years. I love pens! The bike was left in the storage shed during my sea voyage and only ridden once a year on visits to the US. Almost six years later, the rubber had turned to a sticky mass and smelled of gasoline. Slime got on my gloves and fingers. The odor is difficult to remove from hands. I think they have an expiration date. The seat and tires did not rot in storage. If anyone…
