Pet owners looking for affordable pet supplies adorned with rhinestones should avoid this necklace. The necklace may be adjustable, but it's also cheaply made and doesn't fit well. The rhinestones are dull and unappealing, making it less fashionable for dogs. Unfortunately, this product is a miss.
