Poor quality, doesn't fix the bike well

So much lateral movement and flex on a very thin frame and supports. I would never trust a bike without additional mounts, and at low pressure, front wheel mounts don't help. That sounded like a great solution, but it wasn't a failed attempt like many other off-road bike racks.

Pros
  • Easy to use
Cons
  • Piggy price

Holds the bike very securely.

My son's Yamaha 125 motorcycle sometimes overturned when ridden on country roads. We added a Lock N Load to the trailer bed along with mounts (and a rear wheel strap). We've put many miles on some pretty bad roads since then, but the bike remains secure and upright. I am very happy with this purchase.

Pros
  • Hard wearing finish
Cons
  • Out of style

Not the best but will work.

The product is easy to install but not very stable. Even with the strap on, the bike moves a lot. Both parts together create a lot of flexible movement when the bike is moving. I will add something else to the bike to solve this problem. Nothing locks it closed so I added something for that. It will still be better than a bunch of straps squeezing the strap together.

Pros
  • Good construction

  • Some defects

Not as stable as advertised

I installed a lock and loaded the wedge onto our trailer. I didn't feel it was very stable when the bike was stationary. I called the manufacturer and they gave us some tips to improve stability. I tried reinstalling the device and found it had the exact same issue. It does not provide lateral stability in the event of a sharp turn on bad road surfaces. I don't think the bike will fall off the prop, but I think I'll stop often to prop it up. I also don't think it's a long term investment as the

Great MX option but not a complete solution

I have a Suzuki DRZ400S. I first tried the Harbor Freight motorcycle pad and while it worked I felt it was too wide for the MX tires and sent it back. It costs twice as much but fits the MX wheel much better, so I decided to give it a try. ADVANTAGES: 1) Easily mounts to a trailer, in fact has the same 4 hole pattern as the HF wheel chock. 2) Orange wheel chock can be taken with you. if necessary, remove with 2 simple screws. Great for extra trailer space when not towing the bike. 3) The wheel…

Save best at Garage & Shop

This item is overpriced. The manufacturer has to spend a lot of money to print their name on the heavy base plate steel and a few times on the lighter beam steel. Maybe they could spend on design instead. This pad is definitely suitable for models with wider tires. But for this off-road bike model, they simply reduced the width without adding any reinforcement. So you get a flexible and flexible installation. If I were to use it I would have to make some spacers as it will not fit on my…
