What can I say. It's a house

Very good frying pan. I already have 2 other sizes and wanted one for smaller portions. It works exactly as I would expect from a Lodge cast iron skillet!

Pros
  • Don't waste too much time
Cons
  • Some cons

Handle gets very hot/

Browns meat very well. Just make sure the pan stays well-seasoned. I recommend buying a chain cleaner. It works great for removing anything that's stuck.

Pros
  • Excellent overall performance
Cons
  • For old

I use this frying pan all the time

I have grandma's cast iron frying pans, they are very big and heavy. It got to the point where I couldn't pick her up anymore. This new pan is the perfect size for me and I'm glad I bought it.

Pros
  • I finally bought an old

Great steak pan

Used for searing New York strip steak. The steak turned out very well. while still warm and rub with vegetable oil (for seasoning) so that the pan does not rust

Pros
  • Easy to use
Cons
  • Nothing

Good frying pan, washes well

Only used once so far but satisfied. I used one of the recipes from the Cook's Country cookbook "Cook for Two" (the same recipe, but on a larger scale, is in the cookbook "Cook in Cast Iron"). It didn't come out of the pot as smoothly as I had hoped, but it washed off very easily. If it could have been easier I would have rated it 5 stars.

Pros
  • Expensive but decent
Cons
  • Expensive insurance
