One of the sticks was broken - poor packaging from manufacturer. I ordered it for the second time and one broke the first time. The product is good and works well.

They are great for sanding small holes in wood. Too bad they didn't make a smaller wand (half the size in the pack) for even smaller holes. would buy a few for my art students

Received much sooner than expected. BUT. Hair sticks to the bag. A lot of hair. Looks like it's been sitting around in someone's house for years. The package was creased and scratched. It should have been clear that I bought something from someone's trash can. I am extremely disappointed. And a little confused. Zero stars!

A friend of mine had one when we were studying graphic design in grad school. I've borrowed it so many times, he gifted it to me, and years later I still have it and use it. I bought this pack to have different sizes on hand. I'm giving this product 3 stars instead of 5 because the smallest/thinnest one broke during shipping and arrived disassembled. But larger parts can still be used, so it's not the end of the world.
