Poor product, below average quality.

It is unfortunate that such a problem with flimsy keys in a rather expensive keyboard, of course, this is not a top segment, but in terms of reliability it is generally one star. In addition to being flimsy, the keyboard just like a vacuum cleaner attracts dirt, especially the rubberized palm lining. In general, it should definitely cost less, no more than $50.

Pros
  • Comfortable and beautiful, good lighting
Cons
  • Flimsy keys that are easy to break off even with a simple wipe with a rag.

A good quality product, I rate this purchase perfectly.

I felt all the keyboards in stores, settled on this one. There are simply no alternatives in this price range. With its pros: Strict appearance, without pretentious Chinese and thermonuclear illumination. Quiet, crisp keystrokes. Unobtrusive adjustable backlight. The main requirement for choosing a keyboard was the clarity of operations and low volume. Some cons: The left shift is small, next to it is a duplicate slash key "\". In my opinion, an unnecessary feature - the shift is used much more

Been using this keyboard for about 3 years. It went out of order, because my elder forgot and mercilessly hammered out the letter D, playing his favorite Assassin . As a result, the letter flew off and the keyboard became unusable. I put a spare, also Logitech, but I could not come to terms with the loss of the previous one, it was painful for me to become related to it. I bought myself a new Logitech Illuminated Keyboard K740 and my joy knows no bounds.

Pros
  • The best keyboard ever! Pleasant pressing of keys, silent, illumination, design. The younger son is sleeping, and I play quietly))) And I don’t miss the right keys, because there is a backlight! After all, during the day there is no time to sit at the computer (daughter is 1 year old)
Cons
  • No

Not at all what I expected.Terrible!

I'm honestly horrified that such reviews, Claudia is simply no, China for 500 is a hundred times better, this Claudia simply does not have reliability. I will be returning to the store. Before that, there was a Chinese clave with the same backlight, the backlight was even, the keystroke was not so quiet, but they worked and didn’t jam like in the clave for 2500. Maybe, of course, I got a marriage, but it doesn’t smell like a marriage, since it’s supposed that this whole model such.

Pros
  • Design, well, that's about it.
Cons
  • There are a lot of them, the keyboard is not really comfortable, the buttons are all shaking, the left alt is generally stuck, the backlight is not uniform, by all letters.

A great option for this money, I definitely recommend it!

I wanted a backlit keyboard, only Logitech came up with an adequate price / quality ratio. After the mechanics with the standard layout, I got used to this one for quite some time. An excellent universal keyboard, the only thing that needs to be cleaned often is that the plastic coating has the unpleasant property of getting dirty quickly. Has some pros: Quiet, soft keys. Nice appearance. multimedia keys. Pleasant to the touch plastic. Not cutting the eye, adjustable backlighting of the keys…

I had two of these keyboards, now - the third. What can I say - comfortable, no doubt, it looks stylish, does not bend during operation, does not creak when printed, but . The quality is seams. I keep in reserve one dead as a "donor" of scissor mechanisms and keys. To the unreliability of the mechanisms themselves, instability to dust is added - it accumulates under the keys and nothing can blow it out from there, it is possible that it (dust) is there and is the reason for the gradual dying…

Pros
  • 1) Thin, comfortable to work. 2) Scissor mechanism - works clearly and with a minimum of noise. You can print almost silently. 3) Convenient layout - you quickly get used to it and it turns out to type blindly very quickly. 4) The backlight is uniform and adjustable in brightness. 5) There is a group of function keys
Cons
  • 1) Very easily soiled, really attracts all the dirt, dust 2) The scissor mechanism is unreliable - the hinges that are attached to the keys themselves wear out quickly and they begin to move away from one side, and then completely fall off. 3) Very high price for the simplest functionality

Extremely reliable and pleasant Claudia! After that, I don't want to go to any other. Not these gaming mechanical keyboards that clatter so that the whole house has a nervous tick)) The real downside for gamers only is that the above mentioned keyboard shortcuts don't work. This, by the way, is described on the official Logitech website. I read in the reviews that these keys work together on new versions of the k740, if so, then I would boldly purchase such a new one.

Pros
  • The best ergonomics and design possible for a keyboard! Very nice and quiet keys. Pleasant to the eye, unobtrusive functional lighting.
Cons
  • After more than 5 years of use, the soft-touch coating on the wrist pad began to wear off. The coating on the W, A, S, D keys has worn off, as I often play, so it's not surprising. The above-mentioned keys loosened up a little, while they hold normally and do not fall off anywhere. And the main drawback for me: it is in my instance that the keyboard matrix does not allow pressing the keys "w", "shift (left)", "space" at the same time. The latter simply does not work, the software is not treated in any way, everything has already been tried.

Not a bad product, nothing extraordinary.

I have been using the keyboard for over 2 years. The main drawback is the highly inflated price that is typical for all Logitech products. In terms of ergonomics, it is much inferior to the Logitech K800, which I had before, at a not much lower price. Unsuccessfully applied layouts, which are also the same color. For 2 years, I haven’t gotten used to it completely - I periodically confuse the 2022 "M", "K", "O", etc. with their English counterparts.

Pros
  • The design, the presence of a comfortable backlight, with which you can really work without light, and which itself does not shine brighter than a lamp. For the manufacture of high-quality materials were used, but the design is not very reliable. In general, in my subjective opinion, the keyboard is comfortable to use.
Cons
  • Very branded. When wiping, the keys can detach, and there is a high probability of breaking the fasteners. The keyboard, though not noisy, is not that silent either. The price is clearly too high. Unsuccessful layout.

Reliable purchase, guaranteed to be a good purchase.

For printing and for work - just a bomb! All these mechanical super gaming keyboards for tens of thousands of were not even close. The small key travel will please your fingers, while the quiet operation will please your ears. People who are accustomed to laptop keyboards will also appreciate her work. The keys do not play at all, and the wide size of the keyboard has a good effect on its ergonomics. My first clave of this model worked for more than 4 years, and if I hadn't flooded it, it would

Pros
  • Looks stylish and solid Keystrokes are very light, fingers almost do not strain Quiet Short key travel Technological and reliable, if not poured with liquids The backlight is good!
Cons
  • Debris under the keys causes discomfort up to the difficulty of pressing a key - you need to either not eat with it, or clean it often. Afraid of liquids. I had one die, but not immediately, but after a couple of months, 6 keys stopped working after spilled liquid. The problem of pressing 3 keys at once - Shift + W + Space do not work at the same time. The price is 6 thousand for the keyboard at the beginning of 2022.

The only thing that upset the keyboard - a short period of her life. But it already depends on the owner, and careful handling. Otherwise, if you do not take into account the insane price - the ideal keyboard for those who care about comfort at work. Soft, quiet, smooth, thin, pleasant from all sides, except for the price. If you use a computer desk only for its intended purpose, and do not take food or drinks there, this will significantly increase its service life.

Pros
  • The most pleasant keyboard for eyes and hands! Soft, perfect for those who work for a long time at the computer and laptop lovers. - Quiet running - Softness - No backlash - Backlight
Cons
  • - Afraid of water (my copy died just from this) - Even if you never fill the keyboard - small debris that accumulates under the keys - makes their work difficult. Therefore, if you want her to live a long time, you will have to provide appropriate care. - Inadequate price. (I bought it before the crisis for 2200 - I still consider this price adequate)

When buying a keyboard, during the inspection, the letter Q immediately fell out, the keyboard was replaced. If it were not for Russification, I would have put 5 ++++. I have been using it for more than six months, I can’t get used to it, I can’t write quickly, + I often make mistakes (due to Russification) Some pros: White backlight, quite quiet, moderately heavy (does not crawl on the table), the design is magnificent. Different cons: - Russification - the height of idiocy - the location of…

I really like the product, it fully meets my expectations.

I have been using it for several years, I bought it almost immediately after this model was released. During this time, volumes of text were printed, a dozen toys were passed through, milk, beer, sweet soda were spilled on it - after that the keyboard was washed with running water under the tap, dried and continued to work like new (!). The keys are not worn out, the paint is not peeled off, the backlight works. Respect to Logitech, it's nice to use a really high-quality thing for years in our…

Pros
  • - Backlight - Nice design - Workmanship - Super reliability
Cons
  • - Not quite the standard layout of the keys. - Macro icons are lit instead of F1-F12. - Due to the small travel of the keys, the slightest debris can adversely affect the work - you need to clean it more often.

Before that, I used the original Logitech Illuminated Keyboard for five years, it went through fire and water, I decided to upgrade to the same one. The only noticeable difference between the new keyboard and the original one is the lack of relief on the Win key. In terms of quality, no complaints. Maybe there are Chinese copies on the market, so the keys fly out for users? My sample has no problems with this. Excellent quiet, beautiful and comfortable keyboard.

Pros
  • Quiet compact Beautiful Key backlight Nothing extra
Cons
  • Soft touch coating for brushes will wear out over time Under macOS, only multimedia Fn keys work

I have had the keyboard for 3 days and already like it. Bought to replace Logitech Keyboard K350. Really like. More compact, there is a backlight. Has some pros: Standard keyboard form factor. Beautiful design. Four step adjustable backlighting of the keys. PerfectStroke™ key system (Sometimes only the edge of the key is pressed. With the PerfectStoke system, the difference is imperceptible. Precision "micro-scissors" mechanism evenly distributes the load on the surface of the key, which…

I love Logitech, I hate this keyboard.

was damaged I love Logitech. They stand behind their products. I wouldn't buy anything else, Logitech has made me a regular customer. I bought this keyboard because of the backlight. I'm on my second keyboard (warranty) because the keys are very fragile. This is a scissor switch keyboard. Scissor switches were common in older laptops. Most of them hold up pretty well, but this setup doesn't work. The keys start to crack and sometimes don't press normally, as if something is stuck underneath. I…

WAS the best wired keyboard in Logitech's repertoire (past tense)

The keyboards are very individual, but to me this is by far the best keyboard from Logitech in terms of feel. Keystrokes provide positive feedback with a travel of about 2mm. Key pressure is moderate, which provides decent tactile feedback. Other considerations. The keyboard is indeed very thin, elegant and the white backlight is evenly distributed over the keyboard. Not super bright, but suitable for our office. I don't need a backlit keyboard - unfortunately Logitech doesn't (apparently) make

The quality of this keyboard has declined

I have purchased several Logitech K740 keyboards over the past few years. I'm working on the transcription so my keyboard doesn't work. However, I bought about one keyboard a year. Today I went to this site to amend my order as I need a new one and was shocked to see that I bought it in February 2017. It's July 1st, 2017 and I've had the keyboard for a little over 4 months. . As can be seen in the photo, the S, E, R, N keys are overwritten beyond recognition, and the space bar also has a hole…

  • Inspires confidence
Cons
  • No instructions

I liked it at first but after 3 weeks it was junk like everything else

I work online like a lot of people and unfortunately I spilled juice on my newest keyboard. I wanted a reliable wired replacement and this one fills the bill. I have returned 2 previously ordered because some of the keys didn't work or it was cheap. I did a lot of homework to come up with it. I usually don't leave reviews unless the product gives me a pleasant experience or I feel uncomfortable being ripped off. In this case I was pleasantly surprised. I especially liked that the letters…
