Good, but not as good as hoped

The woofer doesn't have a way to regulate the volume, and to be honest it doesn't impress in terms of volume and sound quality.

This speaker is one of the best

I like my speaker, I use it in GarageBand and I like the sound of the base. When I play music my friends are so damned bro, I have a feeling even some of my friends would like to fall into the hands of this bad boy.

Best Value Best AV Accessory

If you expect incredible sound, you'll be disappointed. You need to remember what your expenses are. I needed desktop speakers and didn't want to spend a lot, but I also wanted a subwoofer. They don't get super loud and the bass is okay. But to sit at the table they are good.

Fills a small space beautifully with great sound

I bought this speaker to replace a 20 year old Logitech system that completely failed for no good reason when we moved in. What about the "gear", it will function like an animal for years - until you move?! I wanted something that would sound decent on my wife's computer. Mostly fine material. These are perfect for this purpose. Sounds good, it took five minutes to install. All is well.

Everything about bass.

The bass is super deep and since it's directed downwards you can feel it more. I keep a towel under the subwoofer because it's just gross. It drowns out real music. It may be noted that I'm not a huge fan of bass, but seriously, the amount that comes out of this doesn't do the real music any favours. To be honest I wanted to go back but after sorting out the towel I was fine. I wish I could just connect the speakers directly to the turntable, but when I did it didn't work. I wouldn't buy them…
