Productivity enhancer - keeps everyone streamlined

The software has helped me organize all my tasks related to a specific project. It is very user friendly! I have been able to create multiple templates which allows me to easily switch from one task to another without having to restart or close out everything again. This makes it easier when I am working independently as well as collaborating within our team. Sometimes the program freezes but this only happens occasionally so not much time wasted here. As mentioned above, there are no downsides

A great solution for an open source contact center

The user interface is easy-to-use (all functions are available either by keyboard or mouse). It's very intuitive how it works internally - no learning curve at all! I like best its integration into our ERP system which allows us to transfer data from one platform seamlessly into another without manual intervention. We did not have any problems using this software during our implementation phase. Their customer support team was always accessible via chat and email. Nothing specific so far but…

Very user friendly solution that covers most of our B2B requirements

The tool is very intuitive, it has all features I need to be able to manage my business as well as ship efficiently. There are some bugs here and there but nothing too bad. It's also free! If you're looking for an easy way to manage your workflows or if you want to use online booking tools this platform will satisfy all needs.
