Good seller, but the product did not work. I had dirty towels. I washed three with washing balls and three with PERSIL. And I washed two with PERSIL and laundry balls. The laundry balls alone removed about 20% of the stains. Persil removes almost all stains. and PERSIL MOYKA. The BALL combo was really the same as the straight, only PERSIL. I bought these in August to replace some of the other brands I had for about two years. Almost immediately after the start of their use, the ceramic balls detached from the plastic ball. Now, just 2 months after I started using them, they have less than 1/3 the amount of ceramic balls left, about the same amount I had after using another brand for 1.5 to 2 years would have. I will return to this brand. EDIT: After reading my review, the seller offered me a full refund.

Don't know why it works; I would really like to understand the principle, but I don't understand it. I've found that I have to add 1/2 to 3/4 cup of pure white vinegar to the water to keep the clothes smelling fresh, and set the washing machine to prewash to give the clothes enough soaking time. They don't remove stains, so my Oxy-clean is always on hand. The pre-treated chocolate and blood are gone. Dirt and grime disappeared without pre-treatment.
