Two out of three units didn't work

Bought 3 of these as I have dozens of these units at home. The first two the electrician tried to install didn't work. Finally earned the third. Had to pay electrician for extra time and no refund allowed. EDIT: After the feedback was left, the seller refunded the money. Thank you for doing the right thing.

Pros
  • Very good price
Cons
  • Could have chosen a newer model

Failed 5000k Daylight

I have bought 5 of these lights at different times. All fields indicate that they have passed 5000,000 daylight hours. The two lights are not as advertised, I assume they are soft lights (see attachment). I will be keeping two soft light fixtures as my other rooms may need replacing in the future. I will try for the third time to get what I desire.

Pros
  • Good product for the price
Cons
  • Speed

Get the model you need for glasses already installed

Model number prefix is important. Lanterns "LT" are mounted in benches with internal clips for tension springs. The 'RL' lights offer the option of installing the supplied straight springs in a clipless glass fixture. In any case, the light is appealing and bright. No experience with dimming to report. Revain Warehouse offers the best value for money.

Terribly done! fits Trim

Poorly made flashlights. The moment you squeeze the tension springs to fit them into the canisters, they slip completely out of the mount and are difficult to reattach. Even if you take the time to put them back on, they just bounce off. I have Utilitech all over my house and I love them, they are easy to work with. I bought these because I wanted a softer light in the bathroom and while the color of the light looks good the light quality is terrible. Save your money and a lot of hassle and…

Unsealed recessed lighting solution

Great if your current fixture is as breathable as mine. So bad in winter that cold air rushed through them like water. Since a traditional bulb needed air space, the only remedy was to cover the light with plastic, which is ugly if the bulb burns out, and not very efficient. These LED lights only take up space inside the jar so I was able to seal the jar with aluminum foil tape which combined with the LED gives a great isolation factor. Now my little bathroom stays warm!

Pros
  • Acceptable
Cons
  • Expensive Insurance
