It would be nice if it could be put in milk.

The only thing I would like to change is make the small side even smaller. It would be nice to put in a milk jug or something. Otherwise it is great it's well built it has a screen etc

Pros
  • Ribbed bottom prevents twisting, spout opening 1-1/4"
Cons
  • Working speed

great article on the subject of funnels

This is a large and very strong funnel. He can easily cope with very difficult tasks. I need to relocate my assortment of soaps and chemicals from large containers to smaller ones or vice versa and it really helps! Very happy with the purchase.

Pros
  • Spout with grooves for ventilation
Cons
  • The list will be long.

frustrated with oil system tools

This worked fine until I made the mistake of resting the neck of a 5 gallon gas can on the rim of a funnel when emptying. The neck has separated from the rest and is now flowing. I had better luck with the plastic funnel, it's harder. Maybe it's my fault but I figured it should hold up better than that.

Pros
  • Has a rounded edge, high and spill resistant rim
Cons
  • Zero

Round pin doesn't fit square hole

I bought this funnel because of the filter function. This would be a great funnel if you weren't interested in the filter feature. The seam in the hopper makes it out-of-round, so the round screen will NOT fit properly in the out-of-round hole and will not "go in" far enough to fit the retaining clip in its intended slot. It's a real exercise in patience and skill to use. sent back.

Pros
  • With removable stainless steel strainer
Cons
  • Ugly packaging

LIGHT DUTY JUNK: Tools and Equipment

Large thin metal funnel. Arrived in a large box, well wrapped in gift paper but crumpled. What looks like a coil of wire at the top edge is only half twisted (no wire) with raw sharp edges and can't take much force. Putting a heavy container on its edge can be a challenge. The metal gauge seems to be a lot thinner than some old galvanized funnels. It's leaking now and will likely get worse with use. I have since ordered/received/used a stronger plastic funnel which is probably the new standard…

Pros
  • Galvanized Steel Funnel, 8 liter capacity
Cons
  • All Fine
