Luminello Review

The ability to see all of your patient information at once is great for efficiency, but sometimes it's difficult when you have multiple screens open with different tabs or windows showing various things about one person (ie - medication list vs labs). Sometimes I can't find what i'm looking for because there are so many other options available! Luminello is easy to use. The customer support is very helpful and responsive. It's a little confusing at first, but once you get used to it, it's great. I've been using it for a while now and it has been very useful. We are able to track patient's progress and communicate with them. It's hard to track appointments and make sure they are following up with the provider. We are trying to improve our outcomes and get better results with our patients. I like how it allows me to see all of my patient's information in one place, which is very helpful when trying to find specific information for each person. It can be slow at times, but overall it works well. The interface isn't as intuitive or user friendly as other programs out there, so you will need some training before using this program effectively.
