Would recomend for sales team and contact centre alike

I like that it allows me to track my calls in real time so i can see who has called when they have been busy etc. It doesn't allow you to pause your call while using other applications which would be great if this was possible as well! Make sure you test all features before purchasing otherwise there may be issues down the line with regards to functionality/ support. We are solving problems such as missed phonecalls by allowing our customer care staff access from anywhere at any point during…
