That's exactly what it is. A simple battle cell. Excellent quality. Fits my new red Martone bike. I wish someone could make bike mounting clips without pre-drilled holes.

Not the exact color in the photo. This item is indigo blue. If you try to match your bike with light mid blue, this water based holder looks purple.

Well made, fits my bike perfectly. I would give 5 stars if it came with mounting screws or some kind of frame clip. The hardware that was on my bike has probably disappeared somewhere in the 22 years since it was built. Oh, well, I think it's at the hardware store. Ties just don't cut.

This cage is nicely shaped and big enough to hold larger bottles without thin bottles slipping out. It fits perfectly into the mounting holes on my Fuji road bike. I only ride roads and paved trails so I cannot vouch for safety on rougher surfaces. I bought it from Revain and was served promptly. I recommend this product.
