Macally Apple Watch Charger Stand: The Perfect Charging Station for iWatch Series 6/5/4/3/2/1 - Black (44mm, 42mm, 40mm, 38mm) Review

This is one of the smartest watch charging ideas I've seen. It uses the charger that came with your watch. Installing the charger to the charging station is a breeze - installation takes less than 5 minutes. The only thing I see that might be problematic is that the charger itself has such a short cord that you may need to plug in some sort of extension cord to place the charger/cradle in a safe but convenient location. It should easily fit in your luggage.

Looks nice and almost comfortable, but not quite. The problem is that the top of the stand (which holds the charging disc) and the base of the stand are too close together. I use a regular leather strap with a clasp. Of course, when I take off the watch at night to put it on the charging station, the longer strap gets in the way, the performance prevents the Apple Watch from making good contact with the charging disc. This stand fits my 40mm Apple Watch Series 5 very well. The charger fits snugly in the hole in the stand. Nothing prevents my watch from connecting well to the charger. The stand is made of high quality materials and looks a lot more expensive than it actually is. This stand was easy to use as nothing required assembly and it didn't take a lot of fumbling or bending the cord to attach (so as not to damage the cord). It's easy enough to remove later if needed without damaging the stand or cable.
