Any chain is as strong as its weakest link (I'll update this rating after the seller replies)

The seller sent me a brand new arm and frame. The arm wasn't really superfluous. Forgot to mention earlier, but the arm couldn't be pulled tight enough. If it works this time, the double support will be worth the price I paid. However, I'm much happier with the ability to tighten the frame so it doesn't fall off once tightened. I have previously ordered two iPad holders, they are highly rated on Amazon but they broke after a few months even though I only use the iPad to watch TV shows and movies in bed.
