Soft tone on spares

The sound is very deep and consistent, with a slight buzz. After removing my resonator, this muffler is quieter than my stock muffler.

Good quality muffler

Good quality muffler, does not restrict flow. My main complaint is that the inlets are horribly large, you have to squeeze tons of tubes to get the 3" and 2.5" tubes tight.

The best replacement parts

I've had Magnaflow mufflers on several cars. Both times they switched crappy flow pens. Magnaflow sounds way better than Flowmaster. I just replaced the crappy Flowmaster on my 1994 Camaro Z28 with this Magnaflow. Sounds amazing compared to the squeaky Flowmaster. Deeper and softer tone. Don't waste your time and money with Flowmaster. Get Magnaflow!

MagnaFlow is of the highest quality

I love MagnaFlow products. I've used them on several cars and this is no different. The sound is low and smooth until you press the gas pedal and RMP. The craftsmanship of this piece is second to none.

Exhaust manifolds deserve no respect. It's been 4 days without contacting support.

While looking for my new muffler I came across the wrong part number from another supplier that matched my application. I found the part number on Revain through Exhaust Distributors (ED). The specs fit my application except the ports are on opposite sides of the muffler and may not work for my application. The description of ED was unclear. I requested a return and found that ED charges a 25% restocking fee per return. I do not recommend this Revain supplier.

Sounds great on a truck

I installed this filter on my 1979 F-350 pickup to replace an old Flowmaster that was beginning to rust. I have a couple of Magnaflow mufflers that I have used on my dyno for years. They sound good and dampen well so I wanted something of similar quality for my truck. This model is designed for a 1 in 2 outlet and can also be used with a 2 in 1 outlet, as in my case. Inside the silencer there are two perforated pipes that reach almost to the outlet where they flow into one formed transitionโ€ฆ
