The mount itself works great with a magnet. I had some trouble getting the glue to work on my dashboard but after some trouble with a very nice representative named Nick he helped me figure out all I needed was some rubbing alcohol on the dashboard to get the glue tacky close. Work. I recommend this product, but I also recommend that the manufacturer put an alcohol wipe in each package with instructions on how to wipe the surface with it. Great product and great for safety.

The concept of this product is amazing but unfortunately the product does not work. This is the second one I bought and both had the same result as you can see in the picture. This only lasted 3 months! I've tried to be as gentle with the product as possible but it seems to break in the same place no matter what I do. I hope to find a similar product that is built a little better. I have recommended this item to many who have purchased it including my wife but will not do so again.
