Last week I would have given this bed five stars but now it's down to one. Our new, 45 pounds. Redemption LOVE it. She vomited a bit in it and we washed it with great results. However, the plastic zipper that secures the pillow has started to fall apart. We've managed to do this a few times but last night our dog either bit or scratched it and it's now unusable. There is nothing wrong with this bed - I cannot recommend it highly enough for large dogs, especially those who like to dig and curl up to sleep. If you have a digger that really likes to climb in before settling down, the center pillowcase is attached to the rest of the bed so you don't have to separate the two.
