This product would be great if it came in a kit

The little rubber feet didn't hold up at all. The sticky part wasn't strong enough. It was incomplete and they made it difficult to get replacement parts. The process of getting help at Revain was no less.

Pros
  • Easy to read control panel
Cons
  • Expensive

Bad contacts on computer components

While initial thoughts were positive due to the solid construction and overall spacious layout, I found that the pins on the board are not 100% picking up signals as they should. I built a simple full wave rectifier circuit using a few diodes and a resistor, but I saw a strange waveform on the oscilloscope. The result shown in the left image is the same as the output but was incorrect. It wasn't until I put my palm on the circuit and pressed all the components that the output became what it…

Pros
  • Everything is fine!
Cons
  • No Insurance

Great customer service and great quality!

I ordered this while learning Arduino and thought it would give me tons of options for future projects. When opening and assembling it, I noticed that one of the binding posts was defective. I emailed Makeronics and got a very quick response and they got it right with no questions asked. Nonetheless; The installation is easy to assemble and of excellent quality. I will definitely order more from them if the need arises. Thanks to Makeronics and especially to Peter! <3

Pros
  • Dope 🔥
Cons
  • Not everything fits

Inexpensive, requires other consumables for assembly

You must secure the power terminals with either cyanoacrylate or epoxy or they will twist and come loose. Thread lock the small bottom nuts on each power tip or they will fall off (if they haven't already) and get lost. I used a long life high strength (red) gel and cyanoacrylate because I don't want to mess with re-powering the delay.

Pros
  • Free for educational use
Cons
  • Expensive

Great layout except for the binders

Great layout, great packaging with added rubber foot and screw but the binders are not top notch. The notch D in the rack is minimal, it doesn't catch the cutout on the board. The grip of the stem with the plastic handle is weak, so the small solder pin nut plays a crucial role in holding the banana pin together once it's on the board. No deal breaker.

Pros
  • Ideal for a small home
Cons
  • For seniors

But works. in Computers and Accessories

What you do with breadboards is insert components to build test circuits. The problem I have with this is that it's *very* difficult to get the components in, and I'm constantly bending wires to get them in. Sometimes I have to choose different holes because they might be better than others. I also have to rock the components or use a small pair of pliers to get the components into most of the holes. I haven't had this problem with other breadboards. On the plus side, I'm not worried about a…
