This is normal, but the HDMI adapter may not work.

Everything came as promised but the mini HDMI to HDMI adapter didn't work when plugged in. I found that on all the cables I have the plug was too long and didn't make contact with all the pins on the adapter. Otherwise everything else worked. To attach the adapter, I drilled the HDMI side 1/8" deeper to allow the cables to seat properly.

Pros
  • Finally bought it
Cons
  • Not the best

Pi Zero W Mega Pack - NO Pi Zero

Intentionally misleading; I should have looked more closely before buying. Who claims the Pi Zero exists, shows photos of the Pi Zero, and then puts in a disclaimer that the Pi Zero doesn't exist? Nothing fancy here, buy from a reputable seller instead.

Pros
  • GOLS Certified
Cons
  • Fits

Not the latest version NOOBS

Received yesterday (6/4/2017) and tested USB OTG HUB, micro SD card and HDMI adapter. They all work except Micro SD card with NOOBS v1.9 - Build: March 18, 2016 Shouldn't it be the last one? NOOBS Standalone and Network Installation Version: 2.3.0 Release Date: 03/03/2017?

Pros
  • Only positive
Cons
  • Not as thick as other options

Fantastic Raspberry Pi Zero Parts Kit

This would be 4 stars if not for MakerSpot support. The kit I received was perfect except for the case. It was not pre-drilled with screw holes. I let her know that I trained her myself just to let her know. I was sent a replacement cover from China very quickly. I think I received it in 5 or 6 days. The new one fits perfectly. The kit is a great option when available as it contains everything you need to start using your Raspberry Pi Zero. I look forward to having them back in stock so I canโ€ฆ

Will not fit if your Pi has a heatsink.

I bought this for my Pi Zero W. I put a heatsink on it because it heats up slightly (around 55ยฐC/131ยฐF with only 40% CPU usage). . The standoffs and screws included in this kit are too short to use with a heatsinked Pi. This information should be made known. The rest of the product isn't too bad, it's what you would expect for such a price.

Pros
  • High marks for support and durability from testers
Cons
  • Some cons

Just what I need

I have a few RPIs laying around at home. I always seem to swap out one SD card for another and am constantly looking for my micro USB to USB adapters etc as another reviewer quoted the cost of buying all of these items required for the PI, although it didn't is expensive as the actual PI itself. So this pack is just what I need for new small projects etc and it was decent quality. So far so good, 10/10

Pros
  • Slim design
Cons
  • Slightly wrinkled

Perfect Pi Starter Kit 0

If you get zero pi, get one of these. Parts cost individually about 4 times more than in the store. The Wi-Fi dongle is a plug-and-play connection, so the drivers are not automatically detected. The SD card comes with Noobs installed, which is nice. Pins for every project and a handy pin case for quick reference. Along with an HDMI splitter and OTG to USB, this is the perfect starter kit for the Pi Zero.

Pros
  • Quick Change

Good accessory, Wi-Fi DOA dongle but it has been replaced

Holes have been drilled in the case so it looks like the problem that was bothering other commenters has been solved. However, I couldn't get the wifi key to work. It was recognized when I did lsusb, but the GUI said there were no interfaces connected. I replaced another dongle (a different Realtek variant) that I had on the RP2 I'm running retropy on and it worked right away. I tried the original key in my working RetroPie and now it's locked. I'm not 100% sure if this is related and moreโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Stable test results
Cons
  • Quality

Next time I'll look for someone else.

But most parts work well: 1. The 8GB micro SD card died on the first attempt to rebuild it.2. The cable for the USB connection should be two to three times longer. The current length means you'll need to twist and hold it with something while working with the Pi Zero.3. The WiFi dongle works, but nothing more. The Raspberry Pi 3's built-in Wi-Fi gets a much stronger signal in the same place. The HDMI adapter works well. If I need another, I'll buy another product.

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • You could choose a newer model
