Item received does not match packaging or description

When you order something as simple as a screwdriver bit, you expect the product to match the description on the box. The packaging matched my order (Makita #2 Square Recess 3-1/2" Power Bit), but inside the packaging was a Philips #2 3-1/2" bit. square shank.

Pros
  • Calibrated heat treatment process for longer shelf life
Cons
  • Could have chosen a newer model

Very nice item, made my job a lot easier

Bought a couple of Costco Adirondack chairs which required assembly. The screws supplied with the chairs are #2 sockets with a combination Phillips head. I read online that the Phillips will be removable, you really need to use a #2 socket wrench to secure the screws without removing them. This beat worked great! Definitely the way.

Pros
  • S2 steel construction with optimized features for longer life
Cons
  • Concise instructions

As expected: drill parts and accessories

When I bought this I knew it was far from there. And although I thought I was asking a lot from this article, I still had hope. I have a very old deck that is in very good condition except for the screws that are loosening in places. This makes snow removal difficult. I've tried a number of things to get them out or put them back in. But they are cold. This product did not succeed either. So I think the heads need to be cut off. You can't blame the product. Everything was in order. Shelley Lee…

Pros
  • Optimal geometry for perfect fit and improved holding power
Cons
  • No performance
