Holy overpack, Batman!

Why on earth is each of the 12 individual headbands wrapped in single-use plastic, then bagged, then repackaged, and then shipped? So disgustingly wasteful and disrespectful to the planet. Does anyone really need 12 headbands? Maybe. Do we need them individually wrapped in enough plastic to single-handedly kill a killer whale? Absolutely not.

  • Sturdy construction

  • Bad impression

Too tight to be effective

I have a bigger head than most people but have never had a problem with tight bandages. As mentioned in some other reviews they are too tight. They don't feel uncomfortable, shall we say, but for me the result is that they don't absorb sweat very well and I get sweat in my face and eyes. Very annoying. I'll look for something else that works better.

They don't absorb sweat

Very poor moisture absorption. It's almost like water repellent. I ride with them on my exercise bike. A puddle of sweat forms over the bandage on his head. When I tilt my head down, sweat runs down my head. Or when I take it off, a puddle of sweat falls off my head and the headband hardly gets wet with sweat. I have washed and soaked them several times and they have not changed.

Great deal on sweat headbands and wristbands

I love the quality of these headbands. They are wider than Wilson's I've previously bought at Walmart. I also like having 12 different colors to match my shoes and gym wear. They seem to do a great job of keeping sweat from running down my face when I'm working out. Another thing I would like to comment on is how well the bandages were packaged. Each ribbon is in a separate plastic sleeve and then in a different plastic bag.

Eyes don't sweat

It's hard gardening in the hot, stuffy Florida weather when your eyes sweat for the first 10 minutes outside. A headband and a big hat are a must for me if I'm going to be spending some time in the garden. I'm glad I bought them. First, I like the variety of colors. These are really bright, rich colors. I knew they would be thinner than my old ones, but that's a plus for my use. It's difficult to put a hat on a really thick sports band. My hat has fallen off so many times when leaning forward…

Too tight! suitable for sweat bracelets

These bracelets are beautifully finished. The material looks good, thick and soft. They stretch well. Trouble is, they're a good two inches shorter than the average adult's head! I have a small to medium sized head and they dig into my forehead leaving a serious dent and giving me a headache after less than 15 minutes of wearing. I have a hard time contemplating such an obvious design flaw when these headbands are so well made. Or is it a conscious attempt to skimp on materials to save money…

Excellent Sports Headbands - Pleasantly Surprised

I was a little concerned about a few potential problems: 1. The material becomes very thin and poorly absorbent or easily spoiled. Well they are not flimsy at all and appear to be of good quality. I haven't washed them enough to say they don't wear out with washing, but they definitely don't feel like it. 2. They would be too small for me. I have a big head and thought they might not fit, but after wearing them every day on my 1 hour bike rides for two weeks, they fit and feel great.3. The…
