This is the best mandolin I have ever bought! The slices are perfect every time. The hand grip works well and keeps it secure at all times. It is durable and easy to clean after use! Highly recommended!

Sturdy, works very well with onions, potatoes, carrots and hard vegetables. Bad for softer veggies, green peppers, tomatoes, etc. However, there has never been a slicer that worked with softer veggies! In general I like it very much.

This thing is complicated. Too many dials and settings. Another problem is that it doesn't fit in the bowl. Everything just falls onto the counter or cutting board. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone.

As advertised. However, you need to figure out how to make the most of it. Please be careful. The instructions say not to use without protection. The only time I rebelled a bit was when I was circumcised! If ninja wasn't branded, I'd call this thing ninja.

I've ruined a few blades because I didn't have guards, and I've cut a few fingers because I haven't used a holder in the past. I was so excited to get this mandolin I figured it must be great for almost $50 and the reviews were great Potato, I even peeled it to make it easier to slide and immediately stuck. The potato didn't even go halfway or move. The blades were so dull. I tried a few different cuts and all I had to do was force cut.
