Much more powerful and ready to use than expected. It is suitable for all the things we need to take with us on a week-long trip for our family of six. Lots of duffel bags, lots of food, everything to make room in the car. The material is very dense, I think it will last a very long time.

Large memory, easy installation. We only used it on one trip, in light snow and freezing temperatures. As long as everything is dry. My only reason not giving it 5 stars is the good straps and velcro to keep the excess secure but you need to make sure the excess is secure if the straps don't come loose and hit the car. Great product! As I said, did the job. We used it as a waterproof bag in the back of a truck but it had plenty of straps and attachment points and if we ever need to pack it in an SUV I'm sure it will work. I bought this for a 5 hour trip to Vermont. The bag is very strong on my roof. The six straps held my roof bars very well. Wind noise was minimal given the non-aerodynamic shape. I felt like I was driving my Jeep, so I got used to it. Wind noise of 65 and below was very low. Putting it on my car was a little tricky at first as there were no instructions.
