Supports data transfer SATA speeds up to 1.5 Gbps and Hi-Speed USB speeds up to 480 Mbps. Supports 48-bit LBA (Logical Block Addressing). Fits external SATA and IDE hard drives up to 5.25". Hi-Speed USB Standard-A male; SATA L-type male; IDE 40-pin; IDE 44-pin ports. Hi-Speed USB transfer interface. Hi-Speed USB, SATA 300 and ATA-100 spec v1.0 compliant. Doesn't work for Windows 10

USB device just doesn't show up. It's an unknown USB device and I've tried everything in the book to get it working. Their software is also very outdated. Look elsewhere for your adapter requirements. I will say their customer service was on time but that's the only positive.

A great tool for any serious PC enthusiast. Get rid of the hassle of replacing hard drives!

I like the way this device works and its form factor. It's rugged, features a 4-pin Molex power connector, and is easy to set up and use with or without a power adapter. I was able to salvage my old hard drive by connecting it externally and using this adapter to transfer data to the new hard drive. It was worth every penny. I haven't used the one-touch backup button yet, but I've already benefited so much from this thing that I don't know if it could get any better for the price.
