It's very easy to use! The interface is intuitive and simple enough that even those without programming experience could easily figure it out with minimal training (which I didn't receive at all). There are so many features; you really do need some time to learn them but once learned they're super useful. The ease of use is one thing that I like about this program. It's easy enough for me to learn how to operate it but also has features that are not so simple. For example, you have to know your recipes well before getting started with this software because there isn't much help available if something goes wrong. The simplicity of the software is great. It's intuitive, so easy to understand and use. I love that you're able to create recipes as well as modify them right from within the software itself. Sometimes it takes me a few tries to get something set up correctly, but once I do it works perfectly. I like being able to share recipes with my team members. I wish that we could have more than one user in our account (or at least allow multiple login names). This would help us keep track of what is done

I like that it allows me as an admin of recipes within our organization (i am not able nor allowed to edit them)to keep up with new changes made from other departments / staff members who work outside my department but still are part of this software/org unit using these Recipes!
