They work well and fit my external filter perfectly. They seem a bit pricey for what they are and the packaging is a bit over the top (do they really need to be in a thick cardboard box and plastic bag?)

Very satisfied! I bought a few of these and it's cheaper than going to the store to buy them back then. It is a pity that this product is no longer commercially available. This makes it easier to just stock up and not worry about it.

I change this every 2 weeks because the filter looks brown and gross with all the dirt it collects. I didn't put them in the canister before because I didn't think they would help, but my water looks significantly cleaner after I started changing them regularly. Plus, they're super cheap.

There is not much to say about this. Ordered multiple times and received a legitimate product each time. The product works as advertised and is the cheapest I have personally found which is why I buy here. Unless you can find a better price or insist on local pet store support I would buy from here.

Some people make their own, which is fine, but these are great for those who prefer to keep things simple. Remember to change them regularly to prevent excessive accumulation of nutrients in the pad. because they trap small particles that cloud the water. It will take a while to filter out all the water depending on the size of the tank, but it will definitely get rid of any cloudiness in a suitably sized tank.

I use these gaskets in some of my old performance filters that are now to be used as mechanical micro filters.
