Don't fill it to the max, it won't close.

I like the tea box. I noticed that the door doesn't close after putting the tea bags in because the manufacturer didn't take the right measurements for the jar to cover all the tea bags. The box closes when there are multiple tea bags in each compartment.

  • Nice item
Cons
  • Crumpled packaging

The box is beautiful, packed in a beautiful box (.

The box is beautiful, packed in a beautiful box ( I think it will be a good gift ), the lid is made of glass, which adds a bit of sophistication So now I put my tea bags in and the lid doesn't close! I don't understand why the makers/manufacturers didn't make it 1/4 deep? Compartments with lots of tea bags the lid doesn't close when you put a few tea bags like that lay them down so they are crooked instead of keeping the leash closed i love this box it looks really nice in my dining room but is

and it wasn't too bad

The packaging left the box with a small bruise on one corner but I needed something that day and it wasn't too bad so I kept it. The most annoying thing is that the dividers are pretty tiny for a quality packaged tea bag. The old-style Lipton fits well, but if you're drinking fancy stash tea or the like, the baffle is too small, preventing the lid from closing completely. Damn. I don't get the glass plate idea either. I mean, I don't have to pre-select the tea before opening the lid, so I'dโ€ฆ

Well if they fixed it themselves

First we had to return the first one received as it was damaged. The glass was broken. It had been returned before and I could tell that by the fact that the box still had the Christmas wrapping paper on it. So we sent it back and ordered a replacement hoping not to get another damaged one. Well, we have another damaged one. The tree was not attached to a few pieces. But that can be fixed with a wooden tip. After the repair, this is a great tea box. Visually appealing and functional. I putโ€ฆ

A good tea chest for work. but it has some problems.

Well, I drink LOTS of tea both at home and at work. I prefer loose tea, but as you can imagine at work, this is not an option without a fuss. I drink a lot of Stash brand tea at work and I'm tired of having cardboard tea dispensers on the table so I decided on this chest. I'll post the problems I see or encounter: - No latch. It's impossible to keep the lid closed, so care must be taken when driving back and forth. The design leaves a lot to be desired. I smoke cigars so I know what a goodโ€ฆ
