Nice and compact bike tool

I bought this specifically for my mountain bike. It's made of hard, dense plastic and about the size of my bike's pedal. It comes with four heads. Three hexagons and a torx (asterisk). It also comes with an Allen key needed to change the three torque settings from 4,5,6. I suppose if you have a really strong grip you can change the settings. Small enough to fit in my fanny pack. I highly recommend Park Tools.

I don't trust it with carbon fork

My torque wrench broke and I thought this would be a good replacement. When I installed the stem on the carbon fiber fork the wrench clicked at 4nm. At 5nm it seemed to me to be a bit over the top from past experience and there was no click. I bought a new beam torque wrench and this confirmed my suspicions. 4nm worked and when I tried 6nm on disc brakes, 6nm worked. When tightening the stem bolts on a carbon fiber fork I use a beam torque wrench so I don't risk damaging the fork.

Easy-to-use bike torque wrench

Very easy to use in the very limited torque range required by most bike bolts, especially those with carbon components. However, some areas cannot be reached due to the shape of this tool. The included hexes are very good but not sharp, and if a bolt is softer than normal metal it will break (although the bolt is a much bigger problem). The sheer ease of use and the reassuring click with each pull while you work on your bike will make you want to keep that key.

I really wanted the Park Tool version of this adjustable torque wrench, but I was able to bring myself to shell out the $67.95 price tag. As far as I can tell, this tool is almost an exact copy of the Park tool. Well built. The same functionality. The Park tool is a version of this product and has a distinctive blue color which I think makes it very easy to find the tool in a shopping cart full of other tools and parts. However, this brand was dark in color, which made it difficult for the…

Essential tool for your (bicycle) tool box // almost "5 ".

I probably use this tool more than any other in my (bike) box - it's quick to grab and I don't have to rummage through a handful of hex/star wrenches to find the one I need. 4 STARS v 5: separate/separate hex key (6mm) must have a slot in the key; Other customers have connected the torque wrench and allen wrench with a rubber band. In my case, when I paint my wrenches with tape or nail polish, I put a strip of colored tape on the wrench and one on the allen wrench and keep both in my tool box…

Peace of mind!: Cycling

I have had to adjust the seat post on my new bike several times and found that a carbon post in a carbon frame requires a little more torque accuracy than regular aluminum or grade. My particular bike has a torque limit of 50kg-cm (about 4.9Nm) at the clamp. I was relieved to find that after setting this tool to 4nm I somehow managed to tighten it just right or even with less torque than required all the time. However, nothing replaces the assurance that you are within the torque specs for your

Perfect Bolt Torque Tool

Marque Adjustable Torque Allen Key as described. This is a bike torque wrench, although it can be used for other purposes as well. Modern carbon fiber or titanium frames have specific torque ratings. If you use a little force things like the seatpost can slip off too much and you can break the seatpost or worse, rip off the clamp and possibly destroy the frame. The marque tool works great. You can adjust it to 7.5.6Nm of torque. It's easy to set up, just turn the setting on top. They even…

I can't believe it took me so long to buy a bike dyno. This eliminates the guesswork when adjusting handlebars, stems, saddles and headsets. This screwdriver comes with the four bits you will most likely come across when setting up your bike, but will accept any standard 1/4" hex bit. It also covers torque settings of 4Nm, 5Nm and 6Nm, which is pretty good. The bit storage lid in the handle is practical. It keeps bits safe and stays firmly in the screwdriver when not in use. It absolutely…
