Some people chase these glasses because they have a seam and are not hand cut crystal but I really think they are great glasses. They are thick and heavy with a classic pattern. Remember it's only $7.50 each. For this money you get nameless points, which can be of very low quality. This is Waterford's budget range but they look great, feel great and are way better than some of the others I've tried to buy. With regular use, I'll stick with them. Very important.

Well I can't write a full review because I've never had to use these mugs. I bought them as a gift for my (now ex) boyfriend and he left me before I could use them. Even though I wanted to smack everyone in the face, I resisted because these glasses are pretty damn pretty and it would be embarrassing. So 5 stars for that. Though I think about it now, these cups are probably strong enough to withstand a heavy throw. So maybe I should have gone? Spring.

As a reviewer before me remarked, this quality is different than what you would expect from crystal glasses (and different than what they ordered 20 years from the same manufacturer) I'm pretty sure it's glass and not crystal. Sounds exactly like glass. Manufacturing is flawed, each glass has 3 seams and a bunch of flaws. They aren't worth the price and they certainly don't charge $100 for the original. glasses are ok but it took 4 shipments to get a set that didn't have broken glasses I was then charged as they claimed I had broken items returned. I received another set of 2 broken jars and was also told not to return them so I was happy with the jars but very dissatisfied with the few batches it took to get a set of 8 whole jars , and then I was charged for the broken glasses glasses. but i was told NOT to send them back so overall i am very dissatisfied

I didn't like the look of these glasses when they arrived and thought maybe they sent me a fake but I did a little research and found out they are genuine Waterford crystal glasses. I'm not an expert on such things. I am happy with my purchase but I had some minor issues. Pros: - They're pretty good. They appear to be good standard Scotch or Double Rox glass.
