As good as Kreg but half the price

Very strong, well built, accurate wood thickness adjustment, vacuum suction port removes 100% of debris and is easy to use. The location of the drill depth dial is slightly offset, but that's a minor issue. The clamp requires a bit of trial and error to find the correct position to clamp the part firmly. The included screws aren't the best quality, but that's almost to be expected. Overall a great product and for the price of the Kreg K5 I can just buy two of these and set one to 3/4" and the…

Best pocket hole fastener in the price range

Not just a great pocket hole/screw product, it's the best I've found for less than $100. Boards up to 1 1/2 inches thick can be used. Used for the first time with no problems. The kit includes everything you need plus a small set of screws. Caution: Before drilling any holes, make sure the jig is set to the appropriate board thickness. Seems easy enough, but when you're in a hurry, it's easy to forget. The bait is reliable and I would recommend it to anyone who doesn't have the money for a Kreg

Well thought out pocket trap.

My first impressions of this unit are that it's built better than some of the competitors I've used in the past. I chose this one because it's aluminum and you can tell right away that it's well made. Very durable. I was also very impressed with all the extra features in the box. I needed it for a project so I used it straight away and it didn't disappoint at all. All of the micro-adjustments on it were clearly made by someone who understands the craft of woodworking. If you are looking for a…

Solid aluminium, no plastic

Made of solid aluminium, no plastic. I almost turned it down because it doesn't have YouTube on it, why? It's amazing and so well done and thought out. Solo is glad he took it! It has a round depth gauge that tells you where to set the collar. Worked perfectly the first time it was used. I made a 14 x 14 wood base out of 2 1/2" plywood and attached it. It has 4 rubber feet, it's durable and doesn't move, and it has a storage compartment on its base. Some people might say it's an underdog…

One of my favorite tool purchases

When I buy tools, my selection criteria are in order of ease of use, build quality and aesthetics. This product is rated 10/9.5/10. The usability is very well thought out. The clamp feels solid and smooth, the adjusters are highly accurate and clearly marked. It's the right weight to remain stable without being bulky, and the detachable pocket hole mount is very convenient to use. I have not attached the vacuum cleaner to the dust tube yet. But it's a really nice feature. The build quality is…

BEST (Non-Commercial) Pocket Hole Jig Kit

As other reviews have noted, this is the best design and quality of the Pocket Hole Jig Kit. Well worth paying a bit more money compared to the cost of the basic versions and at a better price than comparable popular kits (mostly plastic). The all-aluminum chassis and steel parts are of premium quality, excellent functionality and application. The dust collector outlet works great with my 1.25" mini shop vac hose, drill depth gauge, heavy duty/adjustable, clamp assembly and hole height assembly

excellent value for money

Before I buy anything I usually do a lot of research to find the best product at the lowest price. I've checked everything from Kreg Jigs to Harbor Freight and various unknown (to me at least) manufacturers of these devices. I almost went with Harbor Freight even though I didn't like how it handles different board gauges. Rocks were good, but they were all plastic and prohibitively expensive. And then I came across the Massca Hole Jig System. This seemed to cover every base I was looking for so

Don't overpay for a Kreg K4 or similar

Maybe like me you've seen the wonders of pocket hole gauges and then rushed off to buy them just to to find a few bewildering bewildering array of options. all for your hard-earned dollars. With the exception of the most important factory settings, you'll quickly find yourself looking at simple well blocks that you clamp yourself and kits that help you set the right depth and provide the clamping. Names Craig and Armor. The Armor Auto Jug seems to have durability issues, but other than that it…
