MASTERCOOL 82934 Side Coupler Blue Review

Based on my observations, this coupler is a total waste of money. It barely lasted through a single use before it began TO leak .Its made from low-quality materials that make it practically disposable. The only positive aspect is that it is designed for automotive use. However, that is not enough to justify the expense of a new one with each use..

This is the same low side fitting that comes with the Matco Professional A/C Service Kit because Mastercool makes the tooling for Matco. The connector uses 6 steel balls to connect to the low pressure connector (those cheap single hose AC charging kits use 4 plastic balls resulting in poor sealing and leakage). I chose JB Tool as I have bought several items from them over the last 2 years and they sell great, they have never had a single problem.
