Once installed they're great but the quality isn't great

They're the exact look we were going for but the overall quality seems lacking. My most significant issues was with the strike plates. They appeared to be stamped out of very light gauge steel and were razor sharp. Be careful. They also didn't line up well when installed. Doors that latched perfectly when closed using my existing brass plates didn't latch properly when I attached the provide hardware. About half had to be modified. Isn't it interesting how a few seemingly minor details end up…

  • The item was delivered damaged, the quality is cheap and I would not recommend.

They are just okay: my feedback

The locks and knobs look nice. But they are just okay-meaning that they are definitely not of great quality.They are somewhat rickety, and the screws holding the doorknob come loose frequently.They are also kind of wobbly.I’ve installed and had a lot of different doorknobs, and these are definitely lower end. You get what you pay for.If you are on a short budget, they’ll do.As for how long they will last remains to be seen.

Great looking door knob

The door knob was good quality. My only gripe with the product is that it advertises that it’s very quiet, but mine is pretty loud so overall it’s a 4 star for me

One screw stuck, made entire mechanism inoperable

Good price, even for only one of the sets as one of the screws in one of the sets was screwed down so tight it could not be removed. Almost seemed welded to the tube and the tube moved when trying to get the screw out. Cannot get it out after three hours of trying with every tool we own. Since it's in a set of two (warning label says not to separate them) and one is already installed we cannot return them. You get what you pay for and now I have to buy another. Decent handles - my new review

I bought them in two styles, one without locks and one with locks. I like these handles overall but have one major complaint: the screws that came with the locking handles are not black like the handles. The screws in the non-locking package were black. Other than that (I’m thinking I’ll be the only one who notices because I’m particular and it’ll bother me forever but no one else will ever know), they are easy to install and it was easy to switch the handles around. NOT Matte Black! on my review.

In fact, these are actually shiny and show finger prints. Fine for the price and ‘seem’ like they’d work fine, but if you’re looking for matte, as these are advertised to be, look elsewhere. (Obvi returning.)

These door handles felt cheap right out of the box.

The finish was chipping off when the box was opened and the handles just didn't feel like they would last long at all. I returned them without ever installing them.

Steve's Locksmith in my review

Sent the units back. They were suppose to be Schlage but we're keyed to an OFF BRAND key with a KWIKSET Keyway. A Schlage key would not work. Not worth the money and the bother I had to go through to return. Steve's Locksmith.
