I know what you're thinking. Do not do that!

Only buy these if you want to hate yourself in the future. They are very cute when you first get them but as they are metal they will rightfully rust on your expensive stems and I can't take them off. I have low pressure in this tire and now I have to replace all the precious rods because they are stuck.
