I've had them for over 3 months and they haven't broken and they move around my room so easily. I plugged it into a long extension cord and never needed another charger! DEFINITELY worth the money! It plugs into any USB port (I have a box full) to charge the camera's battery, and then charges from your computer's USB port to transfer photos (if you don't want to remove the SD card ).
