Description of Maxpedition Janus Extension Pocket Black

We finish our bags with a triple coat of polyurethane for water resistance and add a final coat of DuPont Teflon Fabric Protector to repel the elements; Only the best components and designs are used. We use complete YKK zippers and slides exclusively unlike our competitors who put YKK slides on generic zippers. We add military grade nylon Webbing for straps, handles, and modular attachment points; Genuine Duraflex buckles and hardware add strength and functionality. Starting with large, unseamed panels of 1000 Denier Nylon, we meticulously reinforce each stress point with composite thread; No unnecessary seams or polyester parts are used. Main: 8” x 4” x 1.5” with internal dividers and elastic loops, dual zipper opening. Extension strap range: max 13”, min 8”. Empty weight: 8.4oz (with strap)

The best bag for everyday transport!

I have a lot of Maxpedition gear but this is some of the best! You can pack so many things in one of these little bags and they are perfect for an EDC set. normal items inside to give an idea of the size of what you can put inside and leave enough space. It's perfect for your phone and anything else you want to carry with you all the time. By the way, how many people leave…

Combined with any Maxpedition bag, this is a great bag for a…

While most people use the Janus to fill it with EDC items or medical supplies, I already have an EDC bag (standard size Maxpedition) that I carry in one of Noatak's large bags. So I mainly use Janus to keep my Zen-Ray 8x42 monocular in front of me and ready for quick access. I also keep a fairly small spare knife (Esee Izula fixed blade) behind the outer front…
