Replaced by yourself with little effort. The hardest part was holding the elevator by myself while I changed them. Pooh. But the installation itself was easy and they fit perfectly!

Bought another brand at a lower price first. Bad move! Didn't last a day! Waited patiently for their arrival and they were not disappointed. I have these on my Infiniti and Subaru. I will definitely buy again.

Arrived quickly. Looks similar or slightly better than the original OEM part. It was installed on versions with automatic lifting gates. Basically mine opened, bounced up 3 times then closed. I installed them and now they work great.

Well I bought these for my Nissan Armada 05 Overhead Gate along with a rear window kit. The installation went well and works fine on the rear window, but the set on the tailgate after installation, driver's side right pillar works fine but passenger's side left was defective. wouldn't compress and closing the tailgate broke the lower strut hinge on my truck.

Similar tailgate supports were purchased from Lift Supports Depot for my 2005 Nissan Armada. The Lift Supports Depot product didn't work on my car and I returned it on October 9th and still haven't received a refund, but that's another story. I purchased these Maxpow mounts from Partsam and installed them in less than 5 minutes. The product makes a high-quality impression and is very easy to assemble. They were installed on a 2005 Nissan Armada with power tailgate and still work great.
