Great, it took me less than 5 minutes to install. The lifting power is amazing. I've noticed that some people write negative reviews saying the pieces don't fit. I suggest that you make sure you have ordered the correct part for your vehicle before writing a negative review.

I love how well the product fits my Explorer which is the same size as the original. Only one strut held the hood, and when both parts were installed, the hood lifted. Installation was very easy, all you need is a thin flat head to pry the clamps on the old ones. The new ones snap right in.

I bought a used 2005 Ford Explorer that already had bad bonnet supports. It's super amazing! My hood actually pops all the way up and pops open as soon as I unzip it. There are no scripts either. If any of the other brackets in the liftgate or sunroof glass fail, I'm glad I found this company with quality products.

Couldn't ask for better tank cap levers. Unlike the other seller I've used before this supplier, these guys actually shipped all the parts to me so I didn't have to act like a jackass forcing old parts back onto the ends. For that alone I'm grateful and had a positive experience that makes me want to come back when things go bad.

These racks didn't quite fit my 2004 Ford Explorer 4WD XLT. They are only a little long when fully folded and actually bent the ball stud when I closed the hood. The picture shows that the Maxpow rack body is almost an inch longer than the OEM 4142, although the overall length when extended is the same. Replaced failed hood pillars. The packaging is good. No physical damage noted, no wrinkling or torn packaging. The quality of the hood mount looks pretty good. Was able to service the entire hood with 1 new replacement. The only problem I had was opening the clamps. [First attempt at this type of repair so I'm not at all familiar.] I would recommend using a pick or something similar to pry the clips open as I had trouble prying them open even with a small flathead screwdriver. .However I think…
