Great program for tracking mailings and keeping a historical record

I like that it can be a single system to track all of my USPS mailings to keep my mailing history in the one place. You can also set up rules that will trigger the system to email you when the mailing is complete or needs to be corrected. I also like the fact that you can check multiple boxes for multiple reasons for a mailing being cancelled. There is a lot of customization, but I've gotten used to it. I dislike that there are so many options to adjust that it can be confusing the first time…

Very useful for testing and preparing your invoices & payments

It allows me to run various test scenarios against many different USPS rules which helps predict what will be encountered when submitting data into their systems via my online portal or directly through our internal processes at work! This tool has been very helpful in predicting how they are going react so that I can adjust accordingly before sending out an invoice/submission etc..   • The ability for testing multiple mailing standards with one click is amazing along side other options such as mail tracking, package details & more!!! :) Very user friendly also if there's ever any problems donating feedback would help tremendously:) great customer support team who responds quickly always willing to assist whenever needed even after hours just make sure your questions aren’t already answered elsewhere first by searching google prior making contact then

New Maxpresource Software update is very poor

I have been using maxpresour to sort incoming materials since 1997 when it was called DATAMailer Pro! It has always worked flawlessly - no complaints there at all in that time period but this version changed drastically from previous versions so if you are not familiar use or experienced user than stick w/ an older model as they all did basically same thing back then and will continue today in my opinion.
