I can repair paint faster with this than with my 8mm port truck polisher. I like the progressive trigger. I can understand the previous review about the car stalling when turning. I had the same problem and thought where did the 1000 watts go? At the time it was paired with cheap Chinese pads on ebay. My experience with this polisher. The pad that came with the kit was uneven. Replaced Revain polisher - same problem. Revain wanted me to send the second polisher back. I ordered a replacement Maxshine shim instead and it works great. No vibrations and enough power. Much quieter than my 900W 21mm Maxshine. You will need 2 washers to get the base plate free from the rubber boot + play. If anyone knows of a better skid plate that would work without the use of two washers please let me know.

This is my second 21mm polisher that I bought to replace my Torq 22D. So, this polisher is great. Compared to the 22d, it is shorter and has a trigger that exactly matches the variable velocity scale. It is very powerful and the 1000w motor delivers more power to the pad. Feels like a quality and vibration is average. I don't see any flaws there yet. Although the supplied plate did hit the shroud I replaced it with a 22d 6" plate and now it spins freely. There are many double action polishers out there. Rupes, Flex, Griots, etc. For the most part, they're all good. Some of them have certain advantages over others, such as: B. Finishing or weight.
