I offer replacement watches. They want you to be completely satisfied. The watch works perfectly and I have no doubt. If I have any problems these people will do their best to fix them. I bought this watch as a birthday present for my brother who is 15 years old and is a big tech fanatic. The price is very affordable and fits our budget. I really like that they gave 2 pairs of straps and charging cables. The machine isn't too thick so it looks good on most of the wrist. Although the straps are made of rubber, they look like leather and you will feel comfortable as they adjust to your wrist. The screen is bright and responsive. I won't compare this watch to others but I'm happy
