Great front tire! for sports

This tire is great all round, traction, cornering predictability, nice good rolling resistance, my choice for the front tyres!

Pros
  • Everything is fine!
Cons
  • Appearance

Great tire for cycling

One of the best front tires I've ridden. Good traction, good grip in corners. I wouldn't recommend it for a rear tire unless you're going downhill.

Pros
  • New
Cons
  • Periodicity

The big one agreed! Best in tires and tubes

I'm a big guy on emtb too. I didn't want to run DD front and back so I bought EXO+ and it works great. I actually saved a lot of weight by switching to a DH shroud in the back.

Pros
  • Consistent test results
Cons
  • Unreliable

Grippy and powerful tire

If you want a fast and efficient tire this is not the one. But if you want a front tire with incredible grip, look no further. The thing is sturdy and the rolling resistance is no joke, but the traction is really impressive.

Pros
  • Dope ๐Ÿ”ฅ
Cons
  • Good but not great

Probably the best front tire I've ever used.

I love this tire - paired with a DHR II in the rear I've found a combination that I can't imagine for the foreseeable future. more confidence in your bike; I reduce the frequency and intensity of braking and my descents become faster.

Pros
  • Easy to use
Cons
  • Mostly good but...

Tracks every trajectory you take, no matter the terrain

I bought the Maxxis Assegai 2.6 MaxTerra as a spare rear tire after spending hours watching YouTube tire review videos comparing at least twenty different tires became. It's definitely not a budget option. This is a replacement rear tire I bought a year ago for my 29" enduro bike. The bike originally came with a Maxxis Aggressor, which, despite its name, didn't strike me as too aggressive. I found it a bit too much, especially at lower pressures. Maybe the name means that it is for "aggressive"

Pros
  • Few competitors
Cons
  • Some problems
