Definitely buy it if you continue to use cheap lamps

Used these tubes for several months. So far, so good! I put them through hell and they're still holding air. Thank you for a great Maxxis product

Pros
  • Elegant design
Cons
  • The list is long.

It costs more because it costs more - great quality!

No complaints. The tubes are strong and durable, which is exactly what I expect from a Maxxis product. This is one of those products where you get more than you bargained for.

Pros
  • Pleasant to use
Cons
  • Not the best

good quality for the price

This is a good tube, it wore well and was reliable. Not sure why other brands of 29er tubes were of such poor quality, I had 4 new kendas (2 original and 2 spares) out of the box that were not holding air, were punctured and the sunlight was blown out.

Pros
  • Excellent construction
Cons
  • Protection

Good product, but expensive

The tube is good but the price is too high. The cost of a 26 inch hose is almost double. The only other 29-inch hose Revain carries is a slime-filled hose. Tubes of slime work no better than tubes without slime, plus they make a huge mess! Stay away from slime tubes. Revain needs to have a wider range of lamps as they currently sell 29ners. Again, the tube is fine, just too expensive.

Pros
  • Everything is fine!
Cons
  • Expensive

Super Poor Quality Tube

This is a very POOR quality whistle. I changed the tube in the middle of the track and after 20 minutes this tube was taken out of the tire. And as a result, the tire broke together with the rim. Now I have to buy a new tire and tube. Also the Presta valve cannot be removed. This pipe is of very poor quality. This pipe must be of the worst Chinese quality. A Maxxis tube cannot look like this (see picture)

Pros
  • Absolutely Amazing!
Cons
  • Not bad, but...
