Cheap and scratchy in trim and embellishments

This ribbon is 'satin' if by satin you mean shiny, but it's definitely not satin like the satin fabric I thought I would call a buy such expensive tape. It feels kind of papery and very cheap. I considered sending it back but really not worth paying for return shipping.

Pros
  • Good thing
Cons
  • Too long to wait

Not the best for loops or sewing, but nice color

Nice ribbon. However, it is more suitable for needlework than hair bows or sewing. It doesn't feel very pliable or soft, but rather stiffer. I bought other ribbons from MAy Arts, they are fabric and make great hair bows. This tape will wrinkle after use. And cannot be easily detached and reused.

right enough.

For "crafting" this is a great ribbon. It's certainly not very good quality, so not suitable for clothing or any application where you're actually using it to fasten something where you would knot and untie. It is not bound around the edges so wears out very easily and can warp if handled at all by hand. However, it's great for sticking something on for display or tying a gift.

Pros
  • Free for educational purposes
Cons
  • Not sure

Many of them had metal ribs and were wrapped in plasticized material that fell apart. I tried wrapping one of these in lace, which worked somewhat, although the lace is too see-through and I needed a layer of fabric between the ribs to block it out. Then I found this tape and bought a roll. It worked very well. One roll of tape is enough for a medium sized lampshade including the…

Pros
  • Durable finish
Cons
  • Damaged
