THIS IS THE ONE PERFECT DOG COLLAR

IT'S HARD AND I EXPECT A SEASON. THE COLLAR IS SUPPLIED WITH THE CARIBENER FOR SECURE CONNECTION TO ANOTHER COLLAR. THE NYLON SHEATH FOR THE SPIKES WORKS PERFECTLY, SO FAST COLLAR, BY THE WAY I LOVE THE LOCK WHERE THE COLLAR WAS ATTACHED. GOOD PRODUCT

Hard to find size, too wide but works and looks good.

I (a 59 year old short female) had difficulty taking the steel links apart to get the correct neck size. Too wide for my 16 month old Pitbull's neck if I order the correct neck length. Has rubber pins touching his neck so I'm not worried about hurting him. Also comes with a nice cap on the outside of the collar to keep the necklace out of the way.

doesn't work properly

This is a great collar that doesn't work properly. my dog trainer showed me how a real collar should work and it doesn't really work. If you pull on the collar, it will dig in and cause injury. A quick release is correct, but should have a slippery leash effect. Great product that doesn't do what a proper collar should do. and if you just want to get down to the quality of the work. then that's great.

OK but could be better

I first bought this collar over a month ago and it worked fine. I had to remove the link for a correct fit, which was easy with the instructions provided. The ends of the collar were fastened with a strap through each end of the links. With the strap clip open the loop was wide enough for me to place the collar on the dog's head and once over the dog's head I could attach the clip which narrowed the loop and held the collar tight. Good quality spiked collar

Works well as expected. The prongs aren't sharp, and the gel caps definitely help ensure that pulling on them is just uncomfortable, not harmful. But you must know how to use a spiked collar, do NOT expect to put it on and see a brand new dog. I started using it on my (now) 6 month old 50 lb Pitbull pup a few weeks ago.
